TESTIMONIALS

Since working with Renna, I have felt more control and ownership of my body. I feel more confident in what I CAN do. My brain has connected to parts of my body that it had not connected with in a long time. I feel more embodied in my day to day life by knowing where in my body to practice a mind to muscle connection.

Bethany F.

“Renna always asks for consent before hands-on work and truly are curious about how I am doing. I felt very safe knowing that Renna would thoroughly receive a “no” from me with gratitude! I felt very seen in my “fawn” trauma response and knowing I could directly communicate with Renna helped me to better communicate with myself and others more directly."

Pat R.

Renna was able to quickly determine where my limits were and our first session left me feeling energized. I now have skills that I can bring into other practices about moving my shoulders and hips.”

Cricket S.

Renna has a unique approach that strikes a delicate balance between offering unconditional acceptance and providing practical exercises and techniques to calm my mind. She has also given me an array of tools to experiment with, allowing me to find what works best for me. I am deeply grateful to have encountered Renna on my journey of self-discovery. Overall, I highly recommend Renna as a coach to anyone seeking to improve their emotional well-being and deepen their self-love and acceptance. Thank you, Renna, for all your support and guidance.

Antoni M.

“I work with Renna to push my practice further. I trust they can find ways to get me stronger and more confident. After years of working with Renna I feel stronger, more confident, a little freer in movement, with a deeper awareness of somatic connections. Renna’s work stands out to me because of their concern with whole person, patience, and willingness to accept me where I am that day"

Janet M.

Working with Renna has brought me recovery from pain and increased strength But the most valuable benefits have been 1) learning to recognize, accept and attend to emotional and psychological needs and adapt my workout or workouts accordingly; and 2) the self-awareness that comes from that process – the combination of movement and talk therapy has made the latter more productive than I’ve ever experienced. Oh, a third benefit is stoking discovery and curiosity! Renna introduces new movements and tools, but most important, their cues always sustain my awareness and keep my attention focused.”
